I got an email that someone may have tried to hack my account, and I needed to go make sure my login info worked on the turbine page, and change my password. Now I am waiting to hear back from support about what the fuck is going on.

You might want to scan all your pc's for a keylogger. Malwarebytes is a good program.

Several of my old accounts were activated, and things purchased on them... games i haven't played for years, but all had the same password. Someone bought two expansions on my SWG account.... none of it was charged to my card... because I always pay MMO with a prepaid card that expires every year. I reported them all, but I still don't have access to LOTRO. They have been slower to deal with it than anyone else.

They are slow to respond cause your not paying them a monthly fee to care. Free game=fail GM's

some stuff is free, but not everything. You can still pay a regular monthly fee for access to all content.
